Costas G. Komodromos, CPA, CFA

Costas is a senior financial services executive and advisor with over 30 years of global experience leading distribution, client strategy, and business development for asset managers and insurance companies.

He has held senior leadership roles at global investment firms, including serving as Head of Distribution for Global Financial Institutions for EMEA and Asia and Head of U.S. Financial Institutions and Insurance at a leading global asset manager. Costas has worked extensively with CEOs, CIOs, and senior leadership teams to design and execute growth strategies, build strategic partnerships, and align global and regional distribution efforts.

Costas brings deep insight into effective sales models, capital markets, product strategy, and institutional client dynamics across the US, Europe, and Asia, combining strategic clarity with practical judgment.

Nicos Komodromos

Nicos G. Komodromos, CPA, CFA

Nicos is a former PwC Equity Partner with more than 30 years of international experience advising Boards, Audit Committees, and senior executives across financial services and regulated industries.

 

During his tenure at PwC, Nicos served as Lead Audit Partner and Territory Risk Management Partner, advising systemic banks, insurers, real estate groups, and U.S.-listed companies on audit quality, governance, regulatory compliance, and complex risk matters. He has extensive experience presenting to Boards and Audit Committees on high-stakes financial, governance, and risk issues.

 

Nicos brings deep technical expertise in IFRS, US GAAP, SEC reporting, and capital markets, combined with a reputation for independence of judgment, integrity, and board-level perspective.

Cinzia Marangoni

HEAD OF BRAND & MARKETING ADVISORY

Cinzia Marangoni, MAS

Cinzia is a senior marketing strategist, brand builder, and trusted advisor with over 20 years of experience shaping brands and defining marketing strategy across diverse sectors. Owning a Masters degree in Digital Business and the top Federal Diploma in Marketing, she partners with leadership teams to develop positioning, go-to-market frameworks, and scalable marketing architectures that drive sustainable growth.

Her focus is on creating clarity, enabling organizations, and empowering teams to execute effectively across markets.

In Cinzias career, she held senior leadership roles across multiple industries, including Harley-Davidson and other premium lifestyle brands, real estate, as well as in financial services. She contributed to cross-market strategies across Switzerland, EMEA and key European regions. She currently manages (as part of the ext. ExCom) the marcoms department at the biggest captive automotive finance company in Switzerland.

Fluent in seven languages, she brings strong cross-cultural perspective and is known for enabling teams to successfully market any product, in any market. Strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-driven, she is a valued sparring partner for leaders navigating growth and transformation.
